The Gallery required a solution that would preserve the costumes, many of which are extremely old, and feature delicate fabrics and detailed finishings.

The museum installed a Railex solution - two made-to-measure mobile storage systems which act as giant wardrobes. These run on tracks that allow them to be displayed open during the day, and closed up at night.

The cabinets have brushes to fill the gap between them, and are finished with an anti-dust sealant, to keep the system dust free.
